Service provider

Taeggie Oy (Service provider or Us), y-code 2658735-6, is a limited company incorporated to Helsinki, Finland under Companies Act (2006/624).

Service

We develop and maintain a social media publishing and reporting platform, Taeggie, to which we produce social media flow by combining for instance:

  1. Social media sources chosen by user (such as Twitter, Instagram, Facebook)
  2. Social media users´ posts [@]
  3. and/or search word publications [#]
  4. or the combinations of the abovementioned; and
  5. Social media related reporting (hereinafter referred to as Service).

Contract mechanism and Terms of Service.

By registering as a user and/or by using Service you agree these terms and conditions as part of legally binding contract between us and you (Contract).

  1. For the use of Service we charge based on our standard rates. We may invoice you by six (6) month intervals, paid beforehand, or alternatively, we may charge your credit card monthly by our PSP/credit card provider. Reseller accounts are invoiced at twelve (12) month intervals.
  2. The termination period for the Service is one (1) month. Should we change our standard rates we shall notify you at least 14 days before the change to the standard rates comes effective. Should you not agree accept the change to the standard rates, you can terminate the Service by one month termination period.
  3. You can choose the sources, users and search words. We are not liable for the posts that are published in the Service.
  4. The Service shall always be provided “as is” and “as available”. This means that we shall not give any warranties or representations of the content nor the availability of the Service.
  5. You shall be responsible of the use of your password.
  6. We shall not be liable in any indirect or consequential damages such as loss of profit. Our total liability is always limited to EUR 20.000,00 per client.
  7. We shall have a right to transfer this agreement to a third party – for instance in business transactions.
  8. Potential disputes regarding this Contract and Service shall be settled in the district court of Helsinki. The parties shall no be liable to cover other party´s expenses related to the procedures including attorney fees. The applicable law is Finnish law excluding the choice of law provisions.
